Welcome to Construction Administration and Capital Maintenance Services

Our department manages all Capital Construction Projects over $100,000, including new construction, renovations, and major maintenance.

We support the University’s mission by incorporating High Performance Building standards, maintainability, sustainability, technology, and the Academic Master Plan into every project to ensure the best functional outcomes.  Our goals are to:
