Custodial Services

Custodial Services provides routine and specialized cleaning support across main campus and off-campus facilities, maintaining nationally recognized standards to ensure a healthy, safe, and welcoming learning environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Custodial Services delivers the following primary functions:

• Performs routine interior cleaning services for classrooms, labs, offices, auditoriums, restrooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas according to established cleaning standards and frequencies.
• Provides non-routine and billable custodial services such as carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, and special event support outside of annual floor care.
• Supports quality assurance and inspection programs to ensure performance meets campus standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinates custodial services through Facilities Services staff and SSC Service Solutions, who jointly maintain cleaning operations across all serviced facilities.
• Manages all custodial work requests through the Facilities Services Work Orders Department for efficient routing and response.
