Accounting Services

The Facilities Accounting Services department reviews, manages, and processes all financial activity for the Facilities Services Department including renovation projects, maintenance, engineering, HVAC, custodial, grounds, and motor pool services.

With a knowledgeable staff which is responsive and supportive of Facilities Services, Facilities Accounting provides a full range of business operation support to the Business and Finance Division, its vendors, and the campus community. These services include budget preparation, financial reporting, internal and external billing, payables, and receivables.
