Welcome to Construction Administration and Capital Maintenance Services

• Our department is responsible for managing all Capital Construction Projects greater than $100K which includes new construction, renovations and maintenance projects.
• We support the University’s mission to add value by incorporating the High Performance Building (Matrix), Maintainability, Sustainability, Technology and elements of the Academic Master Plan into the Capital Construction Process in order to achieve the best functionality program results.
  Ours goals are to:
• Provide our students, faculty and staff with the best quality built environment.
• To deliver the highest quality projects within the parameters of Capital Budgets and schedules.
• To participate in partnerships within campus groups as well as private donations to help complete the planned growth of MTSU.

In order to keep up with the fast growing pace of the University, our staff continually engages in modern construction standards and renovates with latest technologies that provide essential learning environments.
